Delivery Information

After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes.

Australian Orders

Standard delivery is available Australia‑wide. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Express delivery is also available and can be selected during checkout.

Overseas Customers

International delivery is available to selected Countries. You may also choose to use your own preferred shipping provider if that is more convenient.

To proceed, place your order as normal and select Bank Transfer as the payment method. We will review your order and advise you of the applicable shipping arrangements before finalising dispatch.

Please note that any duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable at your end.
